We want every guest to have a comfortable and peaceful stay. Kindly follow these simple rules during your visit:

1. Identification:

   • All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of check-in.

2. Cleanliness:

   • Please help us keep the homestay clean and tidy.

   • Dispose of waste properly and avoid littering inside or outside the property.

3. Noise & Behavior:

   • Maintain peace and avoid loud music or noise, especially during midnight

   • Respect local residents.

4. Smoking & Alcohol:

   • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.

   • Alcohol consumption should be moderate and within your private space.

5. Kitchen & Meals:

   • Guests can use the kitchen, but are requested to clean up after use.

6. Damage & Property:

   • Any damage to property or loss of items will be charged as per actual cost.

7. Visitors:

   • Outside visitors are allowed only with prior permission from the host.

8. Pets:

   • Pets are welcome , but must be well-behaved and supervised at all times.

9. Safety:

   • Please turn off lights, fans, and heaters when not in use.

   • Do not leave valuables unattended; the management is not responsible for any loss.
